Thank you for browsing our site!  Our company handles all aspects of managing property for absentee owners.  We have over 20 years of experience in managing properties including residential and commercial, plus farm and ranch.  Our fee is based upon a percentage of gross income that the property generates. 

You may wonder what property management is.  We essentially care for your property in a manner to accomplish your objective for the property.  As an example, if you own an apartment complex, we rent the units, collect the rents, take care of appearance & maintenance, do the accounting, and tend to other matters associated with the property.  This frees up your time so you can pursue other interests like traveling, visiting the grandkids or playing golf in Florida! 

We also manage various farms which can include a variety of things such as engaging farm operators, preparing and renewing appropriate leases with farm tenants, inspecting the properties on a regular basis, and handling government program requirements including enrolling properties in applicable programs.
